Expert Physio Therapy Health Care was founded with a simple goal: give the people of Kathmandu access to physiotherapy that treats the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. Located in Thahiti, in the heart of Thamel, our clinic combines manual therapy, modern rehabilitation equipment and structured exercise science under one roof.
Over the years we have treated office workers with chronic back pain, athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients rebuilding strength, and elderly patients regaining independence after a stroke or fall. Every patient who walks through our door receives a full assessment before any treatment begins.
